Landen Frye (He/Him)

Welcome to my bio! My name is Landen Frye, and I am a licensed professional counselor based in the KC area working out of an office here in Roeland Park. I received my degree for a Masters of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) with an emphasis in marriage, couple, and family counseling.  I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and as a former youth pastor, I also love working with teens and adolescents.

Approach

I use a wholistic and experiential counseling approach based on attachment and emotion focused models of therapy. Through this type of counseling, I look to help my clients work through historical trauma, understand themselves better and reconnect with themselves and others, as well as help them reach their personal goals for healing or change.
