Delaney Hady (She/Her)

Seeking therapy is scary. I remember my first call to seek out therapy. I was nervous and a bit wobbly, but through that experience I found that I loved the messy, nonlinear process of healing. Everyone deserves a safe place to land and a listening ear. It is the deepest honor of my life to help create a welcoming, open place, where my clients can explore their heartaches and achieve their goals. My hope is to help my clients be more of themselves through creating a caring and collaborative therapeutic relationship. We start the process by understanding where you came from and how you got here. Reaching out is the first step.

MA, LPC, NCC

My Approach

I use an eclectic approach combining the work of Internal Family Systems, attachment, narrative and psychodynamic therapies. I partner with my clients in order to help them understand their stories and values. It can be incredibly difficult to begin the therapy process. As a survivor of trauma and hardship myself I understand the gravity of the decision to walk through the past with a new person you just met. I My goal as a therapist is to offer a slow step into collaborative care to meet each of my client’s individual goals.

I’m passionate about helping individuals cope with sexual, emotional, and physical trauma. I believe therapy can be one of the most healing, yet difficult experiences; a space to dream, grow, challenge, and commit to yourself and those that you love. I am honored to walk along side my clients and meet them where they are at in order to usher them where they want to go. With me you will find warmth, humor, and a caring place to become.

“Tell me,
what is it you plan to do
with your one
wild and precious life?”
